Menu for week 6

    Each grocery list has been made to make you feel like Superwoman in the grocery store. They are all designed with the standard layout of grocery stores in mind.  Toward the end of your shopping trip you will be able to dart in and out of the aisles, grabbing the few inner aisle neccessities to finish off the list. Using these lists, each grocery store visit takes me about 30 minutes - with children! Like Superwoman, this list is built for speed.

3 lb. Top Sirloin

6 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 lb. chuck roast

1 pkg. Applegate Farms Turkey Bacon

2 Red bell peppers

2 medium yellow onion

1 lb. Mushrooms

2 heads Romaine lettuce

1 head iceberg lettuce

6 Roma tomatoes

1 ripe avocado

1 lb. Raw Spinach

1 lb. Fresh strawberries

1 sm. Jar marinated mushrooms

3 lb. Carrots

1 bunch celery

1 bunch green onions

1 whole garlic

3 lb. red potatoes

1 bunch fresh basil

1 bunch fresh cilantro

1 small red onion

Lime

16 oz.Sour Cream

1 doz. Eggs

8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

2 cups. Parmesan cheese

1 pkg. Feta cheese

1 lb. slices cheddar cheese

1 bottle Orange Sesame Dressing

Honey BBQ sauce

Ranch Dressing

Italian Dressing

2.25oz. can Sliced olives

15 oz. Can kidney beans

15 oz. Can chicken broth

Classico Spaghetti Sauce

(2)15 oz. Can diced tomatoes

15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce

1 2.25 oz. can diced green chilies

1 15 oz. can black beans

Marinated artichoke hearts

3 cups chicken broth

15 oz. can whole-pitted black olives

Fajita seasoning

Garlic powder

Dried basil

Dried thyme

Dried parsley

Dried Bay Leaves

1 pkg. Fast acting yeast

Orange Extract

1 cup sliced almonds

Macaroni noodles

Angel Hair Pasta

Garlic Bread

Chili powder

White or brown rice

Kaiser rolls

10 8" tortillas

1 1/3 cups Apple cider vinegar
